  • Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the selection of the Actus Lend Lease, LLC as the Highest Ranked Offeror for the Tri-Group family housing project. A total of 1,564 housing units will be privatized at three bases: Peterson AFB, CO; Schriever AFB, CO; and Los Angeles AFB, CA.
  • Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the selection of BLB Family Housing, LLC, a partnership between Pinnacle AMS Development Company, LLC and Hunt Building Corporation as the Highest Ranked Offeror for the Barksdale, Langley, and Bolling AFBs Grouped Military Housing Privatization project.  The proposed plan includes the development and construction of 1,753 new homes and renovation of 362 historically significant homes.  In total, the project will include 3,189 homes for Air Force families by the end of the seven-year initial development period.  Implementation is expected in the fall of 2007
  • Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the release of the AETC Group II housing privatization project's Request for Proposal (RFP). The project was delayed due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina but is now back on schedule. A total of 2,338 housing units will be privatized at six bases: Columbus AFB, MS; Goodfellow AFB, TX; Laughlin AFB, TX; Maxwell AFB, AL; Randolph AFB, TX; and Vance AFB, OK . No longer included as a part of the AETC Group II housing privatization project is Keesler AFB, MS.
